My Exercise Goals and using my Fitbit

I go to the UNC Wellness Center in 6 days a week and not the days that I go back to school also the Fitbit application that.

I have on my device that how much do you sleep,drinking water,exercising everyday,getting up and sleeping early on time.

I should take medicine with water 1/2 hour and 1/2 hour for a morning meal.
