Working with Families

On the 17th of September, I went to the Lenox Baker Children's Hospital. I am a Resource Specialist and I work here every 3rd Thursday of the month. I have been working here since August of 2012. I bring my business cards with me to work. When I get to work, I put the room number and the patient's full name on my log. I put the time when they came in the hospital and als0 the provider names as well. I use my work email to share information with the rest of the employees about the patient's profile chart. We can discuss their medicial health and the concerns of their parents about their child. We make the appointments and give the note to the parents about the right medicine so they can go to a specific place to get the right medicine for their child.
